$400 monthly meal credit, weekly housekeeping and linen service, expanded cable TV, all utilities except telephone, social and recreational programs, unlimited use of all activity areas, scheduled transportation, staff available 24 hours a day to answer questions, emergency communication system, complimentary use of laundry facilities, and general apartment maintenance.

Basic Level Assisted Living Amenities

Charged at $500 per month: Personal Laundry weekly, 3 meals per day, general oversight of well-being of each resident, daily check-in service, blood pressure and weight measurements when required, 24/7 access to trained health & wellness staff, comprehensive health record, access to professional nurse during scheduled hours, communication with pharmacy, physicians, and other care agencies, notification of changes of condition to resident’s family.
